The content of the terms and conditions may be changed or updated at any time without any notice.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders are advance purchases of the CD prior to it being made available that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.

It is expected that the CD will be sent out in batches from 15 March 2021 onwards. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

You will be charged the full price of the CD at the time of placing the pre-order. Your placing of a pre­Order constitutes your express agreement to us of charging the full price of the CD at such time.

Once you have followed the ordering process on the website and at the point you click “place order” you shall have placed an order with us. You will be sent an “order confirmation” email.

You represent and warrant that all contact and shipping information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to management@dayangnurfaizah.com.

If we cannot supply you with the CD you have ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and we will inform you of this via email and, if you have already paid for the CD, we will do the necessary refund as soon as reasonably possible. We shall have no liability to you other than by way of refunding what has been paid to us.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal Identification Details
Your personal identification details are only used to process your order of the CD.

Confidentiality
Your personal information such as credit cards details, bank account numbers are well kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party.

Security
We do apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking of customers’ personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However bear in mind that any information transmitted through Internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secure.

DELIVERY POLICY

The CD is expected to be sent out in batches from 15 March 2021.

Please be aware that delivery of the CD to you might be delayed due to unexpected changes in product production and logistics or other issues outside our control (such as the COVID-19 pandemic and government interventions) – the scheduled delivery timelines are only estimated time frames and not exact dates. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

If the delivery of the CD is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, we will be under no liability to you for such delay.

We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible!

The CD will be delivered through PosLaju or other courier services (based on availability).

You will become the owner of the CD you have ordered once we ship out the CD to the delivery address provided by you. You agree that once the CD is shipped out to you, the CD will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

REFUND POLICY

We check the condition of all items before shipping and ensure all items are properly and securely wrapped to protect it against any potential damage while in transit.

All CDs sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except for defective products or faulty CD. We will not accept any exchange or refund request for any physical damages (e.g. dented, scratched, broken) of the CD case or CD sleeve cover.

If your CD is faulty and cannot be played, please email  management@dayangnurfaizah.com for further discussion.

Damage in shipment is very rare but can happen. If the CD is damage by the courier service during transit, we are not responsible for this.

Please take note of the condition of your item before you accept it. If a package looks damaged, ask the delivery person to note the possible damage. If the items inside also damaged, please notify courier service provider within 48 hours upon receiving of the items, together with required physical and effective proof of the damages for your claim purposes.
